Could you remove the Astronautic Engineering skill from the Datacore certificate? As far as I know this particular skill has no function in-game and the skill book hasn't been seeded on TQ in any way for years.

Lemme be your Captain Obvious: Unless chance_of_invention is 100% there obviously can't be any guarantees of successful invention jobs, so you can't calculate a minimum amount of inventions for guaranteed success cause there's a chance of failure ...
